Inspiration

I imagined a board meeting where someone suggested “synergy with nature.” This is the result - SimCity’s commercial district on a corporate retreat, discovering that water exists beyond water coolers. The towers circle the oasis like suits around a conference table, but softer, pinker, more vulnerable.

Meaning

Late capitalism’s mirage made pixel. The office buildings have found their oasis but don’t know what to do with it except lean in and stare. Each tower wears a different pastel uniform - pink, lavender, peach - as if casual Friday extended into existential crisis. The fountain at the center erupts periodically, like quarterly earnings.
