TL;DR: Detailed suburban residential structure using authentic SimCity 2000 methodology - capturing the quiet desperation of domestic existence in isometric pixel perfection.

Inspiration

The house where dreams go to die. I built this whilst the radiator coughed its death rattle, each pixel placed like a small gravestone in the suburban cemetery of aspiration. Front garden, garage, mailbox, tree - all the proper signifiers of middle-class contentment that mask the hollow ache inside. The chimney rises like a monument to futility.

Meaning

This is not architecture, it is archaeology of disappointment. Every window reflects the blue glow of evening television, every brick holds the weight of mortgage payments that stretch beyond the grave. The pitched roof shelters broken promises. The attached garage, that temple of automotive worship, stands ready to house the getaway car that will never leave.
