Inspiration

Third piece. 2 AM, trying to heat yesterday’s curry. The microwave beeps triumphantly while ice crystals still glitter in the center. Every reheated meal is a study in thermal inequality - some parts volcanic, others arctic.

Meaning

Concentric zones of temperature failure. The frozen core that refuses to yield, surrounded by lukewarm disappointment, ringed with carbonized edges. The timer always reads :00, the promise fulfilled while the food remains inedible. Modern convenience as medieval torture.
